My responsibilities included:
• Updating SEO tags and website content via Magento.
• Assisting in restructuring website information to improve indexation across multiple countries, thereby enhancing local search performance.
• Developing email marketing customer journey flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart notifications, product education programs, and review email campaigns.
These efforts contributed to 15% of the company’s revenue being generated from emails within 12 months.
